Butterfly Wishes

This card is based on the card sketch over at SCS this week. I'm not sure I stuck to the sketch as closely as I should have but I sure do like the end result.

The stamps are from PTI Butterfly Kisses stamped with various colorbox chalk inks. The centers of the butterflies are actually a light pink with darker on the outer parts of the wings and darker still for the outline. I know that doesn't show up well in the photo. The vellum and papers were sponged along the edges with Burnt Umber ink. The ribbon is American Crafts and the bling is Heidi Swapp.

I made antennae for the butterflies using some colored wire. Pattern paper is from Imaginisce and the card stock is PTI Kraft with a base of Vintage Cream.

Thanks for stopping in. Hope you have a great weekend.

So, so pretty, Molly!! Don't you just love those butterflies. I love the dimension you can create with them when they are cut out. I also love what you did with the ribbon!

Enjoy your weekend!!
